Amazing Peace

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philipians 4:6-7

Most of us have heard these verses a thousand times. I know that I feel like this is old hat. But, as he tends to do quite often, he has opened my eyes to what is really there. This scripture has never really spoken to me. (more…)

There’s no fear in love!!!

Wow what a week that was. Thirty-five hours at Starbucks, thirty hours painting a house, SWAT service in Kennewick, wife, two kids, that was quite possibly one of the most exhausting weeks of my life. I barely had time to get in my 16 mile run on Saturday. I apologize for the long absence in posts, but I just did not have the time. (more…)
