I feel like I have not been at my best the past few weeks. Some situations have floored me. As I am knocked down, turning that into my alone time I am drawn to a passage I read years ago.
Ecclesiastes 4:10
“If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up”!

I have nothing special to say about this. We all know everyone gets knocked down. It’s up to us to help eachother out at times, and most important, to get up.

The combination of the launch of the church and the race on Sunday, I have been having weird anxiety attacks. (more…)
