Baby Mania

Posted by pastor scott in Fun

The last couple of weeks have been rather crazy. Denise was walking around like a time bomb waiting to explode. Little Logan David was born healthy and happy. We had a wonderful week with Denise’s parents. Then reality set in on Saturday when we had all three kids sleeping in the same room with just the two of us here to care for them. Almost simultaneously, we had the “what in the world were we thinking” moment. We are beginning to get into a groove and find a routine that works for everyone. TOUGH QUESTIONS, TOUGH CONVERSATIONS

Posted by pastor scott in Ministry Blog, Preaching/Teaching, Sermon Series

How can Jesus be the only way to Heaven? Why do bad things happen to good people? How can God allow all this war and suffering? What happens to those that never hear about Jesus? Why is the Bible full of contradictions? When we share our faith with others, we are bound to get some of these tough questions. Beginning next month, Pastor Dan will tackle some tough questions in an effort to help us get past these roadblocks. But, we need your help. If you have a specific question you would like to see addressed, send us an email.

ARE YOU RIGHT-BRAINED?

Posted by pastor scott in Ministry Blog, Preaching/Teaching, Sermon Series

We believe that Jesus was a master visual teacher. So at Story Point, we are committed to sharing God’s Word in a creative, engaging way. While we consider ourselves rather clever and inventive, there is always room for more. If you are interested in helping us plan the visual elements, videos and other wacky things we do on Sundays, drop us a line or give Pastor Dan a call.
