Everyone have a safe and happy thanksgiving. Watch the parade, eat lots of turkey, watch some football (you can come out and play some with us tomorrow if you want), and take a nice long nap.

Before I get any questions, what Ted Haggard did was absolutely wrong. That kind of sin is bad enough, much less from a pastor, a leader, someone that should have known better. But, with that being said, are we clean enough to pick up a stone and fling it at him? (more…)

I used to think that Bible Gateway was the best one out there. But then Dan pointed me to Study Light and I was blown away. What a great site! Hebrew, Greek, cross-references, oh my! Be sure to check them both out. It will kick your quiet time into high gear.

I have been spending a lot of time in that passage from Mark.  My initial thoughts were posted a couple of days ago, but something else hit me this morning. (more…)
